Feeling Fine…. Musings from the front desk at Connected Spine

Blog Entry #1 April 2025

In attempt to spread the word about all the amazing things that occur at Connected Spine, which houses both red light therapy and Network Spinal Analysis chiropractic entrainments, Dr. Suzanne McBride came up with the genius idea of having those on the front-line blog about all the magic that happens here! Who better to capture the essence, relay the testimonials, and share anecdotes than those on the front line! So, we hope you enjoy this series where we aim to convey what wonderful things happen at this healing center. We encourage you during Spring, this time of growth, renewal, rebirth, and energizing to consider adding our services to your wellness toolbox.

At the front desk, at Connected Spine, we sign people in, direct people to either their chiropractic entertainment, detoxing foot bath, or one of the two red light rooms, we book appointments, collect payments and celebrate and promote upcoming events. Equally as important, we get to hear the stories and comments of our clients. Through this blog series, we hope to share some of these inspiring tales. Hopefully along the way one of these stories will motivate you to become part of this healing hub and supportive community.

Just this week alone, we had a client who comes in for red light therapy comment that he’s had to get his haircut more often since starting red light therapy sessions (an added perk). Red light therapy is known to promote hair growth! Another client had a horrible night’s sleep and was really struggling! After completing a 20-minute red light therapy session and moving over to Dr. Suzanne’s room for an entrainment, he commented that he felt like a new person and that he was going to go home and take a nap and be back on track! Another client who experienced an emotionally traumatic and physically jarring experience, felt extreme relief from surging adrenaline/anxiousness and soreness after a few red light therapy sessions. After a Network Spinal Analysis session, a relaxed client took a deep breath, exhaled, dropped her shoulders, and simply and contently sighed, “ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…” before booking her next appointment.

These are just a few observations we’ve made over the past few days. There are endless uplifting tales to share. We hope you look forward to our next blog entry and read along to see what other wonderful benefits people reap at Connected Spine… where we hope to get you feeling fine!
